Bueno sends one kind of text message, to one kind of person: someone who just called a local business and didn't get an answer.
You call a local business — a repair shop, a barbershop, a restaurant — because you want to reach them.
Nobody picks up. The business has asked us to catch those calls instead of sending you to voicemail.
We text you back once, from that business, with a link so you can book a time, ask for a callback, request a quote, or get directions.
Your own call is the consent. You reached out to the business first, and our reply goes only to the number you called from. If you never call, you never hear from us.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@buenoanswers.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
